When using the contact form, we collect the following data: name, email address, phone number, requested service, message content. This data is collected exclusively on the basis of your voluntary contact request.
Processing purposes
Your data is processed solely for the purpose of responding to your quote request, scheduling your workshop appointment, and providing service follow-up. No automated commercial communication, no prospecting, no resale to third parties.
Legal basis
Processing is based on the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6.1.b of the GDPR).
Data retention
Your data is kept for twelve (12) months from your last interaction with us, then permanently deleted. A copy may be retained longer if a service is in progress or if a legal obligation (accounting, tax) requires it.
Recipients
Your data is only accessible to Bioclean Automobiles. We make no transfers to third parties for commercial purposes. The following technical subcontractors may process your data technically without using it on their own behalf: Vercel Inc. (site hosting), Google LLC via Gmail SMTP (delivery of the contact form email). These subcontractors are subject to their own GDPR commitments.

The bioclean-automobiles.fr website uses no advertising cookies and no third-party marketing cookies. Traffic statistics are collected via Plausible Analytics, a cookieless and GDPR-compliant-by-design solution.
