What is the E85 conversion?
E85 conversion consists of remapping the engine control unit (ECU) to adapt the injection parameters to E85 superethanol (85% bioethanol + 15% petrol), in place of SP95 or SP98. No part is added and no mechanical modification is made to the engine or fuel line: the vehicle can keep running on either SP95 or E85. Subject to compatibility — we check your vehicle's eligibility before any work.

Bioethanol is made from French agricultural raw materials (beet, wheat, crop residues). Its production chain reduces 'well-to-wheel' CO₂ emissions by around 50% compared to fossil petrol. E85 conversion extends the useful life of existing petrol vehicles while reducing their impact, with no need to replace them with a new car — whose manufacture has its own carbon cost.
Vehicle compatibility
Compatible with almost all post-2000 fuel-injected petrol vehicles. Carburettor vehicles are not compatible. A free compatibility diagnostic is available by appointment: we read the vehicle ECU, check the injection type, and confirm compatibility before any commitment. Over 3,000 stations in France distribute E85 (Total, Carrefour, Leclerc, Intermarché), with near-total coverage of the Bouches-du-Rhône.

We remap the engine control unit (ECU) to adapt the injection mapping to E85 superethanol. No part added, no mechanical modification. Duration about 20 minutes.

Check and road test
We verify correct operation under real conditions — cold start, warm-up, throttle response — and make sure switching from SP95 to E85 is seamless. The vehicle is handed back ready to drive.
Limits of the process
Cold starts may be slightly longer in severe cold (below 5 °C) — the remap we perform corrects this in most cases. E85 conversion remains a software optimisation of the injection: it does not replace normal engine maintenance and does not change the underlying mechanics. Finally, not all vehicles are eligible: we check this during the free diagnostic, before any commitment.
